Du verkaufst dein Produkt selbst, und der Käufer schließt den Vertrag mit dir. Botnexio (Aramac GmbH) betreibt den Marktplatz. Umsatzsteuerlich gilt Aramac als Verkäufer und führt die USt für den Kunden ab. Du bekommst 85 % des Nettopreises abzüglich Stripe-Gebühren und erhältst dafür eine Gutschrift. Regelbesteuerte Creator aus Deutschland bekommen dazu die USt auf ihren Anteil. Deine Einnahmen versteuerst du selbst.

Taxes & who sells to the buyer?
You sell your product yourself; the buyer's contract is with you. Botnexio (Aramac GmbH) runs the marketplace. For VAT purposes Aramac is treated as the seller and remits VAT for the customer. You receive 85% of the net price less Stripe fees, documented by a self-billed credit note; standard-rated German creators additionally receive VAT on their share. You are responsible for your own income tax.
