Aramac AI Agent Starter – Einzelnutzerlizenz

Version: ai_agent_starter_license_2026-10-16 · Fassung vom 16.10.2026

Deutsch (verbindliche Fassung)

  1. Lizenzgeber: Aramac GmbH, Waldburgstr. 32, 53177 Bonn, Amtsgericht Bonn HRB 28173, Geschäftsführer: Hidro Youssef, USt-IdNr. DE292780972, E-Mail: support@aramac.me.
  3. Nicht kommerzielle Nutzung – was erlaubt ist:

- Lernen, Ausprobieren und Experimentieren;

- deine eigenen privaten Projekte, einschließlich Agenten, die du für dich selbst betreibst (z. B. für deine privaten Notizen, Dateien oder Konten);

  10. Recht: Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast, bleiben unberührt.

Aramac AI Agent Starter – Single-user licence · Version ai_agent_starter_license_2026-10-16 · dated 16 Oct 2026

  1. Licensor: Aramac GmbH, Waldburgstr. 32, 53177 Bonn, Germany, Bonn Local Court HRB 28173, Managing Director: Hidro Youssef, VAT ID DE292780972, email: support@aramac.me. This licence is for consumers only (§ 13 BGB).
  2. Right of use: Upon full payment you receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, perpetual right to use the AI Agent Starter (TypeScript source code, tests, evals, scripts, configuration files, Dockerfile, CI workflow and documentation) for your own, non-commercial purposes (section 3). You may modify and extend the code and use it to build and run your own agents.
  3. Non-commercial use – what is permitted:

- learning, trying things out and experimenting;

- your own private projects, including agents you run for yourself (e.g. for your private notes, files or accounts);

- agents you make available to friends or family free of charge and non-commercially.

Not permitted in particular: use for work for clients or for your employer (including internal use); paid services or SaaS based on the product or on agents built with it; building it into products that are sold or offered for a fee; hosting or operating agents for third parties (except under the last bullet above); and reselling, sublicensing, passing on or publishing the source code or substantial parts of it, modified or not, as source code, a template or a fork, including in a public repository, in courses or as a download. A private repository of your own project is permitted, for use in that project only.

  1. Updates: Until and including 16 Apr 2027 we provide free updates at our discretion to adapt the product to changes in the MCP SDK or specification and the supported interfaces (Ollama, OpenAI-compatible API), by email to your order address or via a new download link. Your statutory rights to updates under § 327f BGB remain unaffected. Beyond that we do not promise compatibility with future versions of third-party SDKs, models or interfaces.
  2. Agent and tool actions – your responsibility: The agent executes tool calls proposed by an AI model, including via MCP servers you connect (which may e.g. change or delete data, send messages or trigger payments). You carry out these actions: on your own systems, with your own accounts and credentials and under your own responsibility. You decide which tools and servers you connect and what rights they have. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe; check proposed actions and their arguments before approving them, and check the results. The software is provided as is; this does not affect your statutory rights in case of defects (§§ 327 et seq. BGB) or our liability under section 10.
  3. Approval modes (`APPROVAL`): As shipped, APPROVAL=writes applies: every tool that is not marked read-only runs only after you confirm on the terminal; without a terminal the answer is no. APPROVAL=destructive only asks for tools that are not explicitly marked non-destructive. The classification relies on information (annotations) supplied by the tools or MCP servers, which can be wrong; tools from servers you have not marked as trusted (trusted: false, the default) are therefore always confirmed. APPROVAL=none switches off the remaining approvals and only starts with APPROVAL_NONE_I_UNDERSTAND=yes; use it only deliberately, only for tools whose effects you know, and not with access to other people's or important data, accounts or means of payment. If you let other people interact with the agent, you must tell them they are communicating with an AI system (e.g. with AI_NOTICE=de or en).
  4. Third-party models and APIs: The product contains no AI models, model weights or AI service. The default models named in the configuration (Ollama: qwen2.5:7b; OpenAI-compatible: gpt-4o-mini) and any other models, APIs and MCP servers are obtained by you. They are governed solely by their providers' licences, terms and usage policies, which you must accept and comply with yourself; you bear the costs. Data protection: We receive no data from your agent. If you use an external API, inputs, history and tool results are sent to its provider. You are responsible for any personal data you send. If other people's data is involved, you must comply with the GDPR, in particular conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and check and safeguard transfers to third countries under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Purely personal use may be exempt under Art. 2(2)(c) GDPR.
  5. Trademarks and dependencies: “OpenAI” and “GPT” (OpenAI), “Ollama” (Ollama, Inc.), “Qwen” (Alibaba Cloud), “Model Context Protocol”/“MCP”, “OpenRouter”, “LiteLLM”, “vLLM”, “LM Studio”, “Groq”, “GitHub”/“GitHub Actions” (GitHub, Inc.), “Docker” (Docker, Inc.) and “Node.js” (OpenJS Foundation) are trademarks or names of their respective owners. They are named descriptively only to indicate compatibility; there is no affiliation with or endorsement by these owners. The npm dependencies (e.g. @modelcontextprotocol/sdk, zod, yaml) and the GitHub Actions are not part of the product; you obtain them yourself, and they are governed solely by their own licences (overview: THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md).
  6. Bundle with the MCP Server Starter Kit: If you buy this product together with the Aramac MCP Server Starter Kit, each product is governed by its own licence. You may use both products together in your own non-commercial projects; combinations of both code bases are subject to the restrictions of both licences.
  7. Liability: We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal duty), i.e. an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in that case liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Your statutory rights in case of defects of digital products (§§ 327 et seq. BGB) remain unaffected.
  8. Withdrawal: See the information on the right of withdrawal at https://botnexio.com/widerruf/aramac. If you have expressly agreed that we may begin providing the download before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged this, your right of withdrawal expires early when provision begins (§ 356(5) BGB). This is not a waiver of the right of withdrawal.
  9. Existing buyers: If you purchased the product before 16 Oct 2026, the licence you accepted at purchase continues to apply to you; this version applies to you only if you agree to it.
  10. Law: German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
