Aramac Commands Pack for Cursor – Einzelnutzerlizenz

Version: cursor_commands_pack_license_2026-10-16 · Fassung vom 16.10.2026

Deutsch (verbindliche Fassung)

  1. Lizenzgeber: Aramac GmbH, Waldburgstr. 32, 53177 Bonn, Amtsgericht Bonn HRB 28173, Geschäftsführer: Hidro Youssef, USt-IdNr. DE292780972, E-Mail: support@aramac.me.

English (convenience translation – the German version is binding)

Aramac Commands Pack for Cursor – Single-user licence · Version cursor_commands_pack_license_2026-10-16 · dated 16 Oct 2026

  1. Licensor: Aramac GmbH, Waldburgstr. 32, 53177 Bonn, Germany, Bonn Local Court HRB 28173, Managing Director: Hidro Youssef, VAT ID DE292780972, email: support@aramac.me. This licence is for consumers only (§ 13 BGB).
  2. Right of use: Upon full payment you receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, perpetual right to use the Commands Pack (command files in .cursor/commands/, documentation and Python scripts) for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may install the commands for yourself, adapt them to your needs (including converting them to another format, e.g. skills) and use them in your own projects. The Commands Pack is a standalone product; the Aramac Rules Pack for Cursor & Claude Code is not required to use it, and that product is governed solely by its own licence.
  3. Your outputs: You may freely use what the commands produce for you during your use (e.g. code, tests, texts, documentation, commit messages, PR descriptions), including in your own projects. Such outputs do not count as passing on the product, as long as they do not themselves reproduce substantial parts of the product.
  4. Not permitted: reselling, passing on to third parties, sublicensing, using commercially or making publicly available (e.g. public repository, such as by committing .cursor/commands/ or skills generated from it, as a template, in courses or as a download) the product or substantial parts of it, modified, converted (e.g. into skills) or not. The contents (including the documentation) may not be published. You may still commit the command files to a non-public repository of your own project, even if contributors to that project have access; they may use the files only within that project.
  5. Updates and format changes: Until and including 16 Apr 2027 we provide free updates at our discretion to adapt the product to changes in Cursor, by email to your order address or via a new download link. Cursor may change the format or behaviour of commands, or supplement or replace commands with other features (e.g. skills); in that case an update may also consist of providing the contents in a different format or describing a migration path. Your statutory rights to updates under § 327f BGB remain unaffected. Beyond § 327f BGB we do not promise compatibility with future versions of Cursor.
  6. Third parties and trademarks: Changes by third parties, in particular Anysphere, Inc. (Cursor), are beyond our control. “Cursor” is a trademark of Anysphere, Inc. The name is used descriptively only, to indicate compatibility; there is no affiliation with or endorsement by Anysphere, Inc.
  7. Review of outputs: Code and other outputs generated with AI tools and the commands may be incorrect, incomplete or insecure. Review them yourself before use, especially before deploying them in production systems and before accepting, deleting or publishing changes.
  8. Liability: We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal duty), i.e. an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in that case liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Your statutory rights in case of defects of digital products (§§ 327 et seq. BGB) remain unaffected.
  9. Withdrawal: See the information on the right of withdrawal at https://botnexio.com/widerruf/aramac. If you have expressly agreed that we may begin providing the download before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged this, your right of withdrawal expires early when provision begins (§ 356(5) BGB). This is not a waiver of the right of withdrawal.
  10. Law: German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
  11. Earlier versions: Your purchase is governed by the version of this licence stored with your order (licence version, e.g. in your order confirmation; on request to support@aramac.me we will tell you which one). If no version is stored with your order, the version that applied at the time of your purchase applies. You keep the version of the product you bought. Later versions apply to you only if you agree to them.

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Anysphere, Inc. (Cursor). Cursor is a trademark of its owner.
