1. Anbieter: Aramac GmbH, Waldburgstr. 32, 53177 Bonn (HRB 28173, AG Bonn), support@aramac.me.
2. Ein Vertrag: Mit dem Kauf des „Discord Starter Bundle“ schließt du mit der Aramac GmbH einen einheitlichen Vertrag über die Bereitstellung der drei enthaltenen digitalen Produkte zum Gesamtpreis von 39 € inkl. MwSt. Die Produkte werden nur gemeinsam verkauft und bereitgestellt.
3. Einbezogene Einzellizenzen: Für jedes enthaltene Produkt gilt seine Einzellizenz in der beim Kauf gültigen Fassung. Diese ist Bestandteil dieses Vertrags:

- Aramac Discord Ticket Bot Starter: Lizenz discord_ticket_bot_license_2026-10-16b,

- Aramac Community Bot + Dashboard Starter for Discord: Lizenz discord_community_bot_license_2026-10-16,

- Aramac Temp-Voice (Join to Create) Bot Starter für Discord: Lizenz discord_temp_voice_bot_license_2026-10-16.

Die Texte findest du unter den verlinkten Lizenzseiten und in der LICENSE.md jedes ZIPs. Die in der Bestellbestätigung genannten Versionen gelten für deinen Kauf.

4. Umfang: Du erhältst für jedes Produkt genau die Nutzungsrechte, die dessen Einzellizenz vorsieht, und nicht mehr. Das Bundle erweitert keine Lizenz. Insbesondere sind alle drei Produkte nur für nicht kommerzielle Discord-Server (private und Community-Server) lizenziert. Weitergabe und Veröffentlichung des Codes sind nicht erlaubt, ebenso Hosting oder Betrieb für Dritte, soweit die jeweilige Lizenz das ausschließt.
5. Rangfolge: Bei Widersprüchen geht für das jeweilige Produkt dessen Einzellizenz vor. Diese Bundle-Lizenz regelt nur die Bündelung, den einheitlichen Vertrag und das Widerrufsrecht (Ziffer 6).
6. Widerruf: Das Widerrufsrecht besteht für den gesamten Vertrag. Es erlischt für das gesamte Bundle nach § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, sobald wir mit der Bereitstellung des Downloads begonnen haben, wenn du vorher ausdrücklich zugestimmt hast und bestätigt hast, dass du dadurch dein Widerrufsrecht verlierst, und wir dir dies auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger bestätigt haben. Ein Widerruf nur für einzelne Produkte des Bundles ist nicht möglich.
7. Updates und Mängel: Updates und deine gesetzlichen Rechte bei Mängeln (§§ 327 ff. BGB, einschließlich Aktualisierungen nach § 327f BGB) richten sich für jedes Produkt nach dessen Einzellizenz und dem Gesetz. Ein Mangel eines Produkts berechtigt zu Nacherfüllung für dieses Produkt; ob du weitergehende Rechte (z. B. Preisminderung oder Vertragsbeendigung) für das gesamte Bundle hast, richtet sich nach dem Gesetz (§ 327m BGB).
8. Marken: „Discord“ ist eine Marke der Discord Inc. Es besteht keine Verbindung zu Discord Inc.
9. Recht: Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften deines Wohnsitzstaats bleiben unberührt.

1. Provider: Aramac GmbH, Waldburgstr. 32, 53177 Bonn, Germany (HRB 28173, Bonn Local Court), support@aramac.me.
2. One contract: By buying the "Discord Starter Bundle" you enter into one single contract with Aramac GmbH for the supply of the three included digital products at a total price of €39 incl. VAT. The products are only sold and supplied together.
3. Incorporated individual licences: Each included product is governed by its individual licence in the version valid at the time of purchase. That licence forms part of this contract:

- Aramac Discord Ticket Bot Starter: licence discord_ticket_bot_license_2026-10-16b,

- Aramac Community Bot + Dashboard Starter for Discord: licence discord_community_bot_license_2026-10-16,

- Aramac Temp-Voice (Join to Create) Bot Starter for Discord: licence discord_temp_voice_bot_license_2026-10-16.

4. Scope: For each product you receive exactly the rights its individual licence grants, and no more. The bundle does not extend any licence. In particular, all three products are licensed for non-commercial Discord servers only (private and community servers). Passing on or publishing the code is not allowed, nor is hosting or operating the bots for third parties where the relevant licence excludes it.
5. Precedence: In case of conflict, a product's individual licence prevails for that product. This bundle licence only governs the bundling, the single contract and the right of withdrawal (clause 6).
6. Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal applies to the contract as a whole. It expires for the entire bundle under Section 356(5) BGB once we have begun providing the download, provided you expressly agreed to this beforehand, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you on a durable medium. You cannot withdraw from individual products of the bundle only.
7. Updates and defects: Updates and your statutory rights in case of defects (Sections 327 et seq. BGB, including updates under Section 327f BGB) are governed for each product by its individual licence and by law. A defect in one product entitles you to remedy for that product; whether you have further rights (e.g. price reduction or termination) for the entire bundle is determined by law (Section 327m BGB).
8. Trademarks: "Discord" is a trademark of Discord Inc. There is no affiliation with Discord Inc.
9. Law: German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
