Lizenz: Telegram Bot Starter + Join Guard (Bundle)

  1. Anbieter: Aramac GmbH, Waldburgstr. 32, 53177 Bonn (HRB 28173, AG Bonn), support@botnexio.com. Dieses Bundle richtet sich ausschließlich an Verbraucher (§ 13 BGB).
  2. Ein Vertrag: Mit dem Kauf des Bundles „Telegram Bot Starter + Join Guard“ schließt du mit der Aramac GmbH einen einheitlichen Vertrag über die Bereitstellung der zwei enthaltenen digitalen Produkte zum Gesamtpreis von 25 € inkl. MwSt. Im Bundle werden die Produkte nur gemeinsam verkauft und bereitgestellt.
  3. Einbezogene Einzellizenzen: Für jedes enthaltene Produkt gilt seine eigene Einzellizenz in der beim Kauf gültigen Fassung. Diese ist Bestandteil dieses Vertrags:
    • Botnexio Telegram Bot Starter: Lizenz telegram_bot_starter_license_2026-10-18 (https://botnexio.com/lizenz/botnexio-telegram-bot-starter),
    • Botnexio Join Guard – Willkommens- & Captcha-Bot-Starter für Telegram-Gruppen: Lizenz telegram_join_guard_license_2026-10-18b (https://botnexio.com/lizenz/botnexio-join-guard-telegram-starter).

    Die Texte findest du unter den verlinkten Lizenzseiten und in der LICENSE.md jedes ZIPs. Die in der Bestellbestätigung genannten Versionen gelten für deinen Kauf.

  4. Umfang: Du erhältst für jedes Produkt genau die Nutzungsrechte, die dessen Einzellizenz vorsieht, und nicht mehr. Das Bundle erweitert keine Lizenz. Insbesondere sind beide Produkte nur für eigene, nicht kommerzielle Zwecke lizenziert (nicht kommerzielle Telegram-Bots, -Gruppen und -Kanäle, wie in der jeweiligen Einzellizenz beschrieben). Hosting oder Betrieb für Dritte ist nicht erlaubt, soweit die jeweilige Einzellizenz das ausschließt.
  5. Keine getrennte Weitergabe: Du darfst die Produkte des Bundles weder zusammen noch einzeln weiterverkaufen, weitergeben, unterlizenzieren oder veröffentlichen. Das gilt auch, wenn du nur eines der beiden Produkte nutzt.
  6. Rangfolge: Bei Widersprüchen geht für das jeweilige Produkt dessen Einzellizenz vor. Diese Bundle-Lizenz regelt nur die Bündelung, den Bundlepreis, den einheitlichen Vertrag und das Widerrufsrecht (Ziffer 7).
  7. Widerruf: Die Widerrufsbelehrung findest du unter https://botnexio.com/widerruf/botnexio. Das Widerrufsrecht besteht für den gesamten Vertrag. Es erlischt für das gesamte Bundle nach § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, sobald wir mit der Bereitstellung des Downloads begonnen haben, wenn du vorher ausdrücklich zugestimmt hast und bestätigt hast, dass du dadurch dein Widerrufsrecht verlierst, und wir dir dies auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger bestätigt haben. Ein Widerruf nur für eines der beiden Produkte des Bundles ist nicht möglich. Dies ist kein Verzicht auf das Widerrufsrecht.
  8. Updates und Mängel: Updates richten sich für jedes Produkt nach Nr. 5 seiner Einzellizenz; die Regeln der beiden Produkte unterscheiden sich. Deine gesetzlichen Rechte bei Mängeln (§§ 327 ff. BGB, einschließlich Aktualisierungen nach § 327f BGB) richten sich für jedes Produkt nach dessen Einzellizenz und dem Gesetz. Ein Mangel eines Produkts berechtigt zu Nacherfüllung für dieses Produkt; ob du weitergehende Rechte (z. B. Preisminderung oder Vertragsbeendigung) für das gesamte Bundle hast, richtet sich nach dem Gesetz (§ 327m BGB).
  9. Business-Lizenz: Ein Upgrade auf die Business-Lizenz ist geplant; ein Anspruch darauf besteht nicht. Bis dahin ist eine kommerzielle Nutzung im Sinne der Einzellizenzen für keines der beiden Produkte lizenziert.
  10. Marken: „Telegram“ ist eine Marke ihres Inhabers. Der Name wird nur beschreibend verwendet; es besteht keine Verbindung zu Telegram und keine Billigung durch Telegram.
  11. Recht: Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast, bleiben unberührt.

Nicht mit Telegram verbunden. Telegram ist eine Marke ihres Inhabers.

  1. Provider: Aramac GmbH, Waldburgstr. 32, 53177 Bonn, Germany (HRB 28173, Bonn Local Court), support@botnexio.com. This bundle is for consumers only (§ 13 BGB).
  2. One contract: By buying the "Telegram Bot Starter + Join Guard" bundle you enter into one single contract with Aramac GmbH for the supply of the two included digital products at a total price of €25 incl. VAT. Within the bundle, the products are only sold and supplied together.
  3. Incorporated individual licences: Each included product is governed by its own individual licence in the version valid at the time of purchase. That licence forms part of this contract:
    • Botnexio Telegram Bot Starter: licence telegram_bot_starter_license_2026-10-18 (https://botnexio.com/lizenz/botnexio-telegram-bot-starter),
    • Botnexio Join Guard – Welcome & Captcha Bot Starter for Telegram groups: licence telegram_join_guard_license_2026-10-18b (https://botnexio.com/lizenz/botnexio-join-guard-telegram-starter).

  4. Scope: For each product you receive exactly the rights its individual licence grants, and no more. The bundle does not extend any licence. In particular, both products are licensed for your own non-commercial purposes only (non-commercial Telegram bots, groups and channels, as described in each individual licence). Hosting or operating them for third parties is not allowed where the relevant individual licence excludes it.
  5. No separate passing on: You may not resell, pass on, sublicense or publish the products of the bundle, either together or individually. This also applies if you only use one of the two products.
  6. Precedence: In case of conflict, a product's individual licence prevails for that product. This bundle licence only governs the bundling, the bundle price, the single contract and the right of withdrawal (clause 7).
  7. Withdrawal: See the information on the right of withdrawal at https://botnexio.com/widerruf/botnexio. The right of withdrawal applies to the contract as a whole. It expires for the entire bundle under § 356(5) BGB once we have begun providing the download, provided you expressly agreed to this beforehand, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you on a durable medium. You cannot withdraw from only one of the two products of the bundle. This is not a waiver of the right of withdrawal.
  8. Updates and defects: Updates are governed for each product by section 5 of its individual licence; the rules of the two products differ. Your statutory rights in case of defects (§§ 327 et seq. BGB, including updates under § 327f BGB) are governed for each product by its individual licence and by law. A defect in one product entitles you to remedy for that product; whether you have further rights (e.g. price reduction or termination) for the entire bundle is determined by law (§ 327m BGB).
  9. Business licence: An upgrade to the Business licence ("Business-Lizenz") is planned; there is no entitlement to it. Until then, commercial use within the meaning of the individual licences is not licensed for either product.
  10. Trademarks: "Telegram" is a trademark of its owner. The name is used descriptively only; there is no affiliation with or endorsement by Telegram.
  11. Law: German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
