We sell the business licence only to businesses and self-employed professionals (§ 14 BGB German Civil Code). All business prices are net prices plus VAT. Businesses in Germany pay 19 % VAT on top (€38 → €45.22). Businesses from other EU countries need a valid VAT ID and pay no VAT (reverse charge). Businesses outside the EU pay the net price. No sales to the United Kingdom. You see the final amount at checkout once your country or VAT ID is known.

Personal or business?

What for: Personal is for non-commercial projects only. Business is for your company, including with your own customers (e.g. as a support bot in your shop).
Who buys: You buy Personal as a consumer. You buy Business only as a company or self-employed professional (§ 14 BGB), from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID.
Price: Personal incl. VAT. Business net plus VAT.
Who uses it: Personal: only you. Business: also your employees and contractors working for you, in any number of your own installations.
Not allowed with either: reselling or passing on the code, agency and client projects, running it as a service for others.

Right of use: Upon full payment you receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, perpetual right to use the Rules Pack (rule files .mdc/.md, AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md templates, documentation and Python scripts) for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may install the rules and templates for yourself, adapt them to your needs and use them in your own projects. This product was called 'Aramac Rules Pack for Cursor & Claude Code' until 17 October 2026.
Your outputs: You may freely use what the rules and templates produce for you during your use (e.g. code, texts, documentation, commit messages), including in your own projects. Such outputs do not count as passing on the product, as long as they do not themselves reproduce substantial parts of the product.
Not permitted: reselling, passing on to third parties, sublicensing, using commercially or making publicly available (e.g. public repository, such as by committing .cursor/rules/ or .claude/rules/, as a template, in courses or as a download) the product or substantial parts of it, modified or not. The contents (including the documentation) may not be published. You may still commit the rule files to a non-public repository of your own project, even if contributors to that project have access; they may use the files only within that project.
Updates: Until and including 16 Apr 2027 we provide free updates at our discretion to adapt the product to changes in Cursor or Claude Code (rules and memory formats), by email to your order address or via a new download link. Your statutory rights to updates under § 327f BGB remain unaffected. Beyond § 327f BGB we do not promise compatibility with future versions of these tools.
Third parties and trademarks: Changes by third parties, in particular Anysphere (Cursor) and Anthropic (Claude Code), are beyond our control. “Cursor” is a trademark of Anysphere, Inc.; “Claude” and “Claude Code” are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. These names are used descriptively only, to indicate compatibility; there is no affiliation with or endorsement by Anysphere, Inc. or Anthropic PBC.
Review of outputs: Code and other outputs generated with AI tools and the rules and templates may be incorrect, incomplete or insecure. Review them yourself before use, especially before deploying them in production systems.
Liability: We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal duty), i.e. an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in that case liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Your statutory rights in case of defects of digital products (§§ 327 et seq. BGB) remain unaffected.
Withdrawal: See the information on the right of withdrawal at https://botnexio.com/widerruf/aramac. If you have expressly agreed that we may begin providing the download before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged this, your right of withdrawal expires early when provision begins (§ 356(5) BGB). This is not a waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Law: German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
Earlier versions: Your purchase is governed by the version of this licence stored with your order (licence version, e.g. in your order confirmation; on request to support@aramac.me we will tell you which one). If no version is stored with your order, the version that applied at the time of your purchase applies. You keep the version of the product you bought. Later versions apply to you only if you agree to them.
